Sadly applicable to me.
I’m a wikipedia junkie… I have it as a shortcut bookmark on my firefox toolbar. Is there some sort of 12-step recovery for us?

Comic is from xkcd.com, link via Wil Wheaton.

Mr. Beer said that there’s now a shirt that says something about “This article is a stub.”
(Yes, all the men I may ever be interested in get nicknames.)

Hey, that’s not a problem. It’s an absolutely brilliant feature.
I have Wikipedia on the toolbar too. I enabled internet access on my phone simply to ensure I could get to Wikipedia and Google whenever I wanted to. Even if that meant driving three miles on a one-lane road (with passing places) to a tiny viewpoint on a precarious hilltop, the only place I could get a signal in the Torridon.

LOL! Yep. That’s pretty much web browsing in a nutshell…it always ends up at a wet T-shirt contest. Glad it’s not just me! ;)

I can so relate! Even though I know that some of those wiki entries may have been edited with a political agenda behind it (or just plain inaccurate facts).

Haha, so true. I could probably say the same thing for blogs, too!

Wikipedia is bookmarked on my toolbar too :) A great way to spend some downtime!

I love wikipedia. I spend at least an hour at work clicking through it. It’s like when I was a kid and I would randomly browse the encyclopedia, but there was never an entry in Brittanica for ‘Fugazi’.
